FAQ

Practical answers about our documentation support.

Understand our services, process, client responsibilities, and the boundaries between documentation support and legal advice.

What does ImmiPlansUSA do?+
We prepare immigration documentation such as professional plans, immigration business plans, Expert Opinion Letters, recommendation letters, CVs, translations, and other approved services.
Is ImmiPlansUSA a law firm?+
No. ImmiPlansUSA is a documentation support company. We do not provide legal advice, legal strategy, legal representation, or eligibility determinations.
Can you work with my immigration attorney?+
Yes. Where applicable, we can prepare documentation using the client information, evidence, and scope relevant to the attorney's strategy. Legal decisions remain with the attorney.
What information will I need to provide?+
It depends on the service. We may request education, employment history, credentials, accomplishments, business information, financial assumptions, proposed goals, notices, and supporting evidence. Each service page explains the typical materials.
What is the difference between plan preparation and plan review?+
Plan preparation develops a new document from the client's information. Business / Professional Plan Review is for clients who already have a plan and want its organization, clarity, consistency, completeness, and presentation reviewed.
What are the PERM service options?+
Clients may request PERM Text Ad / Copy Preparation Only or broader advertising support and coordination. Employers or law firms may keep their own advertising budget and preferred vendors. Learn more about PERM Advertising Services.
What is an Expert Opinion Letter?+
An Expert Opinion Letter provides subject-matter analysis based on the client's evidence, credentials, professional background, accomplishments, and relevant industry information. Where appropriate, it may be reviewed and signed by a qualified U.S.-based professor or professional.
How can an Expert Opinion Letter relate to an RFE or NOID?+
A focused letter may address documentation needs identified in the notice. ImmiPlansUSA does not prepare the legal response; legal strategy and filings remain with the client's attorney. See Expert Opinion Letters for RFE / NOID.
How does the Dhanasar framework relate to EB-2 NIW documentation?+
Where relevant, an Expert Opinion Letter may discuss evidence related to substantial merit and national importance, whether the individual is well positioned to advance the endeavor, and the balance of waiving the job-offer and labor-certification requirements. This is documentation support, not legal advice.
How much do Translation Services cost?+
Translation starts at $35 per page for up to 250 words per page. Final scope depends on the document and language pair. We do not claim ATA certification or guarantee agency acceptance. See Translation Services.
Can you guarantee approval?+
No. No documentation provider can guarantee an immigration approval or outcome. Decisions rest with USCIS or the relevant government agency.
